Fully rebuilt period property in Leeds, finished with painted render and sash windows

02 — New Builds

Built From First Principles

From a cleared plot — or, as with the rebuild below, a derelict shell that had lost most of its roof and rear wall — to a finished home. Full project management across design, planning and construction, with one team accountable throughout.

What’s Involved

Planning, Structure, Delivery

New build and full-rebuild projects carry more moving parts than any other job we take on: planning consent, building control sign-off at every stage, groundworks and foundations, the structural shell, roof, first fix, insulation and render or brick finish, then every second-fix trade through to a completed, sellable home. We run all of it under one roof, with a single team accountable from the first planning drawing to the final inspection.

Our Approach

Accountable From Groundworks to Completion

New build projects fail most often at the handover points between trades — where nobody owns the gap between the groundworker leaving and the bricklayer starting. We remove those gaps by keeping the same team and the same project lead on site throughout, so decisions made at foundation stage are still understood by the people finishing the roofline months later.
